Come out and celebrate the release of Joyce Williams’ memoir, Tokens of Courage. Joyce is the founder of Keepers of the Flame Foundation, which, among other things, provides free mental health services to breast cancer patients.

Join Marigold Press for its first-ever Savannah Book Crawl starting at Waters Cafe on November 15, 2025 at 10 a.m. Get ready to dive into fascinating stories and meet fellow book enthusiasts. We will begin our journey at Waters Cafe and The Stacks Bookstore and then drive down to the Liberty Street Garage where the rest of our tour will take place on foot through the beautiful squares of Savannah. We will end up at Clary’s Cafe for lunch at 2 p.m. 

Let’s sip on some coffee, chat about our favorite reads, explore the best independent bookstores together, and meet and greet local authors along the way. Confirmed authors include Carmen Calhoun, author of Shipwreck: Throw that S.H.I.T. Overboard, Rebekah McLeod, author of The Secret Life of a Doctor’s Wife, Helen P. Bradley, author of Breach of Trust, and Chelsea Simpson, a soon-to-be-published author.

Prepare to be amazed, inspired, intrigued and invited to celebrate the shedding and the rising, the breaking and the blazing. Shaill will be performing readings and signing copies of her new book, The Unbecoming.
